§ 116.999 PENALTIES; INJUNCTION.

(A) Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation continues.

(B) The village shall have the right to enjoin any person or establishment in the event violations occur on a continuing basis.
