§ 116.065 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   FOOD. Any edible or beverage used or intended for human consumption.
   FOOD REFRIGERATION LOCKER PLANT. Any establishment wherein compartments are rented, leased or made available to other than the owner of the establishment for the refrigeration of food.
