(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be punished as set forth in § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 114.085 et seq. shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $200 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
