§ 114.107 PERMIT, BOND REQUIRED FOR PARADES. 
   It shall be unlawful to conduct any parade connected with a circus on any public street, alley or other public way or place in the village, unless a permit therefor is first obtained from the Board of Trustees. The permit shall specify the route to be followed and shall be accompanied by a bond in the sum of $100,000, conditioned to indemnify the village for any loss, damage or liability incurred or caused by the conduct of the exhibition of the parade.
