(A) No person, firm or corporation shall operate or maintain in the village any automatic coin-operated phonographs or other musical devices without first having obtained a license therefor.
(B) The license shall include the right to operate automatic coin machine phonographs and other musical devices for the use or playing of which a fee is charged for the purpose of amusement; provided however, that no such device shall be operated between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. of any weekday or between the hours of 1:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on a Sunday.
