§ 114.005 POLICE AND FIRE INSPECTIONS REQUIRED.
   It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police and Fire Inspector to see that every exhibition, amusement, theatrical or other public show or amusement is inspected by a police officer and fire inspector and to insure conformity with the provisions concerning the amusements.
