§ 113.04 CHARACTER OF LICENSE.

No license required by § 113.01 shall be issued to any but a person of good character. The Chief of Police shall make or cause to be made an investigation into the character of each applicant and shall report the results thereof to the Village Clerk before any such license shall be issued.
