(A) The Village President may suspend or revoke any liquor dealer’s license for any violation of any provision of this chapter or for any violation of any state law pertaining to the sale of alcoholic liquor.
(B) All appeals to the State Liquor Control Commission by a village liquor licensee of a decision, order or action by the Village President having the effect of fining a licensee or suspending or revoking the village liquor license shall be limited to review of the official record of the formal proceedings before the Village President.
