(A) Commercial solicitation permit. The fee to be charged for a commercial solicitation permit shall be $50 per year for an annual permit or $25 per day for a daily permit. A permit shall be required for each vehicle used for commercial solicitation.
(B) Fee exemptions. No fee shall be charged for a religious or charitable solicitation permit or for the commercial solicitation relating to the sale of, or seeking to obtain subscriptions to books, magazines, periodicals, newspapers or any type or kind of publication.
(C) Replacement card. The fee to be charges for the issuance of a replacement card shall be $5.
