§ 31.009 RECORDS TO BE AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION.

All village records kept by any officer of the village shall be open to inspection by the President, or any member of the Board of Trustees at all reasonable times, whether or not the records are required to be kept by statute or ordinance.
