§ 110.082 HOTELS, MOTELS AND BOARDING HOUSES.
   (A)   License required. It shall be unlawful to conduct or operate a motel, tourist home, lodging and/or boarding house or auto court in any building, apartment or portion of a building in which any person (more than two if a lodging house or two or more if a boarding house) not related by blood or marriage are furnished sleeping accommodations for hire without first having obtained a license therefore.
   (B)   Sanitation. Proper sanitary facilities are required. There shall be at least one bathroom equipped with water closet, shower or tub and lavatory for each ten residents on the premises. All such sanitary facilities shall be properly connected with the sanitary sewer system of the village if the premises are located on a street served by such a sewer.
   (C)   No trailer parking. It shall be unlawful to use or permit the use of an auto court or motel for the accommodation of a trailer.
   (D)   Records. Each operator shall keep a list of all persons staying there. The registration or list shall be made available for inspection at the request of any member of the Police Department or village designee at any time.
