(A) It shall be unlawful for any enterprise to operate without state or federal certification when such is required by law for their industry or profession. These mandated state and federal certifications must be presented for inspection at the time the business application is being filed.
(B) All business establishments shall comply with all applicable rules and regulations of the State Department of Registration and Education.
