(A) Any premises used for a business activity or enterprise shall be kept clean and sanitary. It shall be unlawful to permit waste materials of any kind to accumulate therein. All appliances, instruments, tools, equipment and accessories must be kept clean and free from any infected material and, when necessary, shall be sterilized frequently.
(B) The Health Inspector shall have the right to investigate as often as necessary to insure compliance with health safety standards.
