§ 110.046 FRAUDULENT STATEMENTS PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person, business, enterprise or organization to make any misleading, fraudulent or untrue statements about their product or services. It shall be unlawful for the aforementioned to practice deception of any sort or to make false pretenses of any kind.
