No license shall be granted until the application is investigated and is approved by either the Health Inspector, Building Inspector, Fire Inspector or other appropriate village staff. It is village’s right to have all business establishments or enterprises inspected as often as necessary for the purpose of determining the fitness and suitability of the business from a health, safety, sanitation and zoning standpoint and to determine whether or not the premises complies with village ordinances so as to properly safeguard the lives and health of the employees engaged therein and customers frequenting the same.
