(A) For the purpose of this chapter, a
BUSINESS shall be defined as any commercial or professional establishment or enterprise associated
with gainful activity such as, but not limited to, store, restaurant, service facility, manufacturer or factory for which a license is required under this chapter and as is permitted by the state statute.
(B) The cost of an annual business license shall be $75.
