§ 96.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ABANDONED VEHICLE. Any vehicle parked or otherwise located on a highway or public property and:
      (1)   Incapable of being driven under its own motor power;
      (2)   Has not been moved or used for seven consecutive days or more and is apparently deserted.
Any vehicle parked or otherwise located on a highway or public property which has not been moved or used for seven consecutive days shall be presumed to be abandoned.
   ANTIQUE VEHICLE. Any operable motor vehicle or other operable vehicle 25 years of age or older.
   HIGHWAY. Any street, alley or public way within the village.
   JUNK VEHICLE. Any vehicle which is in a wrecked, dismantled, partly dismantled, burned or inoperable condition. A JUNK VEHICLE is also a motor vehicle from which, for a period of at least seven days, the engine, wheels or other parts have been removed or on which the engine, wheels or other parts have been altered, damaged or otherwise so treated that the vehicle is incapable of being driven under its own motor power.
