§ 95.99 PENALTY.

Each tree cut down, destroyed, damaged, removed or moved shall constitute a separate offense. If a tree is removed in violation of this chapter, all replacement requirements of this chapter shall be applied. In addition, a person found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter shall also be subject to a fine under § 10.99.
