§ 94.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is set forth shall be punished as set forth in § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 94.090 et seq. shall be fined not more than $50 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
