§ 94.061 APPLICATION FOR CONSTRUCTION PERMIT.
   Applications for permits required by this subchapter shall be made to the Public Works Director and shall state the location of the intended pavement or repair, the extent thereof and the person or firm who is to do the actual construction work. The Public Works Director shall have authority to approve the permits.
