§ 93.26 NUISANCE DECLARED AND PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for anyone owning property in the village to permit weeds upon such property to grow to a height exceeding eight inches anywhere in the village. Any weed exceeding such height is hereby declared to be a nuisance.
