§ 93.25 DEFINITION OF WEEDS.
   The term WEED as used in this subchapter shall mean and include any coarse, herbaceous, non- cultivated plant involuntarily growing or spreading to unsightly excess, such as jimson, burdock, dandelion, poison ivy, ragweed, thistle, cocklebur or other noxious plant.
