§ 93.05 RIGHT OF ENTRY OF AGENTS; POWER TO MAKE ARRESTS.

For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this code in connection with health and sanitation, the Village Health Officer, Village Sanitarian or other authorized personnel shall be permitted to enter at any reasonable hour any premises, house, store, stable, manufacturing plant or any other building.
