§ 90.49 RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF SCAVENGER’S VEHICLES.
   It shall be unlawful for any scavenger’s vehicle to make drop-offs or pickups in the village during or on a Sunday or between the hours of 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. on any other day, unless specifically approved by the Village Board.
