(A) When refuse and recyclable material is placed upon the village parkway for disposal, material must be properly contained, and may not be placed on the parkway prior to 6:00 p.m. on the day prior to pickup.
(B) All refuse and recycling receptacles shall be removed from the parkway no later that 7:00 a.m. on the day following pickup. Refuse and recycling receptacles must be stored so that they cannot be viewed from the public street.
