§ 90.16 RECEPTACLES TYPE AND CAPACITY.
   Receptacles for the deposit of garbage and rubbish shall be watertight, made of metal or plastic, have a close fitting cover. Receptacles shall also conform to the following specifications:
   (A)   One and two family residential dwellings. Receptacles shall have a capacity of not more than 35 gallons.
   (B)   Residential dwellings in excess of two units, and commercial establishments. Receptacles shall be appropriate for the amount of refuse material generated, and shall be constructed of materials to prevent the infestation of rodents or other animals, and to prevent material from becoming airborne.
   (C)   Receptacle screening. For apartment dwellings and commercial establishments receptacles shall either be screened from view by a fence or hedge, or stored between pickups in such a way as to be hidden from view.
