(A) It shall be unlawful to operate any vehicle which with its load exceeds the weight limits designated by the President and Board of Trustees, except vehicles used for making deliveries which shall be permitted only to and from the block wherein the deliveries are to take place and necessary road repair machinery.
(B) The Village Manager shall post appropriate signs showing the weight limits on the streets.
