§ 71.023 RECKLESS DRIVING.

(A) Defined. Any person who drives any vehicle with a wilful or a wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property is guilty of reckless driving.

(B) Prohibited. Every person convicted of reckless driving shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.
