§ 153.088 CONDITIONS AND GUARANTEES.

Prior to granting any special uses, the Planning and Zoning Commission may recommend, and the Village Board may stipulate, such conditions and restrictions upon the establishment, location, construction, maintenance and operation of the planned unit development as deemed necessary to guarantee performance of all conditions.
