§ 78.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PUBLIC PARKING LOT. Any areas, lots, tracts or parcels of land acquired or hereafter acquired by the village through title, purchase, license, lease or other lawful means and authorized by the village for the purpose of parking motor vehicles.
