No connection with a water main shall be made without a permit being issued and 24 hours’ notice having been given to the Public Works Director. All such connections shall be made under the supervision of the Public Works Director, and no connections shall be covered until the work has been inspected by him or her. Applications for the connections must be made to the Clerk.
