§ 35.096 AUTHORIZED FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS.

The Finance Director will maintain a list of financial institutions authorized to provide investment services. A list will also be maintained of security brokers/dealers selected for credit worthiness. If investment advisors, money managers or portfolio managers are to be used, they must be selected and approved by the Board of Trustees.
