§ 35.077 REMOVAL OF BUDGET OFFICER AUTHORIZED.
   The Budget Officer may be removed at any time by the President, with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees. The action of the President and Board of Trustees in removing the Budget Officer shall be final.
