§ 112.45 LIQUOR CONSUMPTION.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to drink alcoholic beverages or have open liquor in his or her possession on any street, alley or other public place within the village.
   (A)   Public places shall include, but are not limited to, publicly owned property, open areas in commercial zoning districts and common areas of residential condominiums and apartment complexes.
   (B)   The provisions of this section shall not apply to the drinking of alcoholic beverages within such public places as are licenses to sell alcoholic beverages by the village or at block parties which are held pursuant to a permit issued by the village.
