§ 35.070 ADOPTION OF STATUTE PROVIDING FOR ANNUAL MUNICIPAL BUDGET.
   The Village of La Grange Park, Illinois adopts ILCS Chapter 65, Act 5, §§ 8-2-9.1 to 8-2-9.10 providing for an annual municipal budget in lieu of the passage of an annual appropriation ordinance.
