(A) The fee for a temporary vendor permit shall be $20.The fee for an event vendor permit shall be $5 per vendor, not to exceed $300.
(B) A temporary vendor permit may be renewed one time for an additional fee of $20. An event vendor permit shall not be renewed.
(C) Any further business activity within the city in excess of that which is allowed by a temporary permit and one extension shall require a business license under § 110.02, payment of the license fee and quarterly payment of any compensation taxes due and owing.
