§ 111.02 TEMPORARY VENDOR PERMIT REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Any person who is an itinerant merchant, peddler or solicitor shall obtain a temporary vendor permit before engaging in such activity within the city.
   (B)   Any person who is coordinating or organizing an event within the city shall obtain an event vendor permit before engaging in such activity within the city.
   (C)   The fee for all temporary vendor permits required by this chapter shall be as set forth in § 111.09.
   (D)   No temporary vendor permit issued under this chapter shall be transferable.
   (E)   All temporary vendor permits issued under this chapter shall expire one year after the date of issuance thereof.
