§ 53.04 GARBAGE FRANCHISE; COLLECTION.
   (A)   The city shall designate and award a franchise and contract to such person or corporation as may be necessary to collect the garbage and trash within the corporate limits of the city.
   (B)   Garbage shall be collected in accordance with the ordinance awarding the franchise for garbage collection within the city.
