For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COMMERCIAL. Includes any commercial and industrial business and any apartments. COMMERCIAL shall also include hospitals, restaurants, churches, motels and all of the similar entities not included in the definition of RESIDENTIAL.
GARBAGE. All household debris, trash, grass clippings, twigs, leaves and similar materials such as would be disposable in a 20-gallon garbage can or plastic garbage or trash bag, including, but not limited to, all wastes resulting from the handling, preparation, cooking and consumption of food and wastes from the handling, storage and sale of produce.
RESIDENTIAL. Any single-family residence.
