(A) It shall be unlawful in the town for the owner of a house, building or other structure to fail to visibly place numerals two inches or larger representing the house numbering assigned to said house or business structure.

(B) All houses within the corporate limits of the town shall have displayed in prominent fashion, upon the side of said house facing the street upon which said house has been deemed located, or upon a mailbox placed upon the front of said house, the owner of said home shall visibly cause to be displayed the assigned house number for such house of numerals two inches or larger.
