557.99 PENALTY.

No person shall fail to comply with the notice to cut and destroy any weeds, grass or deleterious, unhealthful growths, or other noxious matter within the lawful time specified in Section 557.01 and/or 557.02. Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 2021-2444.
