§ 90.03 HOURS OF PUBLIC PARKS.
   (A)   The city parks shall have a curfew of 11:00 p.m. All concessions will close at that time and lights will be turned off.
   (B)   All alcoholic beverages in the parks shall be purchased and consumed by adults only.
