§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Whoever fails to comply with the provisions of § 90.05, or whoever shall affix to or display upon any house or building or division thereof, any number other than that assigned, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
      (2)   Each and everyday thereafter, constitutes a separate and distinct violation of § 90.05.
