§ 90.02 FIRE ZONES; NEW CONSTRUCTION REGULATED.
   (A)   The rules and regulations established by the appropriate state agency of the state regarding Fire Code shall be applicable in the city.
   (B)   The entire city shall be designated Fire Zone Number 3.
