§ 130.44 ANIMALS RUNNING AT LARGE.
   No person, firm or corporation shall permit or allow any pigs, cattle, horses, mules, sheep, goats or any poultry, turkeys, chickens, ducks or geese, then either owned by him or her under his or her control, to run at large unattended by him or her or other responsible persons or permit any such animal to do any damage to property, either public or private.
