§ 130.40 SETTING FIRE.
   No person, firm or corporation shall negligently, carelessly or intentionally set on fire or cause to be set on fire any combustible material whether on his or her own land or not, whereby the property of another shall be endangered nor shall any person, firm or corporation, negligently suffer any fire upon his or her own land to extend beyond the limits thereof.
