§ 93.01 INSECT ELECTROCUTION DEVICES.
   Except in C, C.B.D., I & T Districts, no persons shall operate an insect electrocution device, a so-called “bug zapper,” within the city limits any day between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. the succeeding day.
