§ 92.17 PROHIBITION OF DEMOLITION OPERATIONS BY OPEN BURNING.

(B) No person shall process motor vehicles or scrap metals by reduction by open burning or incineration in a device or equipment which has not received an operating permit from the DNR and the La Crescent Fire Department.
