§ 92.17 PROHIBITION OF DEMOLITION OPERATIONS BY OPEN BURNING.
   (A)   No person shall conduct, cause or permit demolition operations by open burning.
   (B)   No person shall process motor vehicles or scrap metals by reduction by open burning or incineration in a device or equipment which has not received an operating permit from the DNR and the La Crescent Fire Department.
