§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any violation of this chapter to which no other specific penalty applies shall subject to the penalty set forth in § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of § 92.01 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable as provided by the laws of the state.

   (C)   Any person violating the provisions of §§ 92.15 through 92.23 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, is punishable by a fine not as provided by the laws of the state. Fines levied shall be no less than $100.

   (D)   Violations of §§ 92.40 et seq., including the failure to secure a permit where one is issuable under and pursuant to these regulations and the failure to deposit the prescribed fee and cash deposit, are deemed misdemeanors and upon conviction thereof punishable in accordance with the laws of the state. In the discretion of the city, the official determined by the City Council to be responsible for the enforcement of these regulations by the City Council may charge these violations petty misdemeanors, in which case they shall be punishable upon conviction as prescribed by the laws of thestate.
