(A) Definitions. For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
JUNK CAR OR MOTOR VEHICLE. Any such motor vehicle partially dismantled, inoperative, wrecked or junked or which has been unlicensed in the current year which is maintained at a location within the city for more than 30 days except if kept in an enclosed accessory building.
MOTOR VEHICLE. A motor vehicle as defined by M.S. Chapter 169.

(B) Prohibited actions. It shall be a violation of this section for any person, firm or corporation who owns, leases or is otherwise in control of any real property in the city to permit, or allow on such property any partially dismantled, inoperative, wrecked or junked motor vehicle or motor vehicle which has been unlicensed in the then current year year for more than a period of 30 days unless it has been enclosed in an accessory building on such property.

(C) Penalty. Each day a violation of this section continues shall constitute a separate offense. Violations of the provisions of this section shall be deemed petty misdemeanors.
